Located in one of the oldest alleys in the center of Bologna, near the splendid Piazza Santo Stefano, Trattoria Leonida is a typical Bolognese trattoria, renovated over time, which has welcomed its customers since 1938.
The recipes all come from the tradition of Bolognese and Emilian cuisine, such as the succulent dishes based on fresh pasta made strictly by hand and the numerous highly refined dishes accompanied by the excellent wine from our cellar.

Trattoria Leonida is located in Vicolo Alemagna, one of the oldest alleys in Bologna, a few minutes from the Two Towers, Piazza Maggiore and Piazza della Mercanzia.
After being guests of our restaurant, it will be very easy to immerse yourself again in the alleys and squares of our beautiful city to wander, go shopping, visit exhibitions, churches and museums and discover the small and large historical and non-historical curiosities.
Our restaurant is a typical Bolognese trattoria that will welcome you in one of the alleys of the historic center, in an intimate and rustic atmosphere.
It has a small outdoor area, located at the entrance of the restaurant, where you can enjoy the specialties of our cuisine in complete tranquility in a street that at the time hosted numerous inns where students from Germany stayed or were often frequented. Hence the name Alemagna.
Our menu offers specialties from typical Emilian and Bolognese cuisine with options for vegetarian customers.

Our restaurant is always open, both for lunch and dinner, from Monday to Saturday. On Sundays it is open during the Fair period.
Trattoria Leonida boasts a loyal clientele, but is also very popular with tourists thanks to the typical Bolognese menu, prepared every morning by the expert hands of skilled pasta makers and chefs who have been on the staff for several decades.
