To protect company assets, video surveillance systems are in operation at the company access areas and within the company perimeter, appropriately signaled before the relative range of action by means of special signs, as provided for in the General Provision on Video Surveillance of the Privacy Guarantor of 8 April 2010 and in the guidelines 3/2019 of the EDPB (European Data Protection Board). The Company will therefore process the image displayed and/or recorded via the video surveillance systems of people who access its offices or who pass in the immediate vicinity of our facilities. The cameras do not film public areas but only relevant areas. The cameras are in operation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The images are not accessible from the outside.
The data may be communicated to entities operating as data controllers, such as supervisory and control authorities and any public entity authorised to request the data, such as the judicial and/or public security authorities.
Video surveillance activity aimed at:
protection of company assets;
organizational and production needs.
The video surveillance activity is based on the pursuit of legitimate interest, (article 6, paragraph 1 letter f), of the GDPR to carry out the processing for the purposes indicated in this information.
72 hours from the moment the images were taken. After this period, the images will be completely deleted and overwritten with new images.
Refusal to provide data will make it impossible to allow the interested party access to the owner's premises. Access to video-surveillance areas involves the collection, recording, storage and, in general, use of images of the interested parties.
The Data may be processed, on behalf of the owner, by persons designated as authorised to process, if internal, or responsible for processing pursuant to Art. 28, such as companies that deal with control and surveillance services and companies that deal with maintenance services of the video surveillance system. The data may be processed in pursuit of the purposes indicated above, by authorised to process who have received adequate operating instructions.
By contacting the Company via email atinfo@trattorialeonida.com, interested parties may exercise exclusively the following rights depending on the type of processing: ask the owner for access to the images. Interested parties may also lodge a complaint with the competent Supervisory Authority at the addressurp@gpdp.it. The right to update or integrate, as well as the right to rectification pursuant to art. 16 GDPR cannot be exercised in practice, given the intrinsic nature of the data processed (images collected in real time regarding an objective fact). The right to data portability pursuant to art. 20 GDPR cannot be exercised as the processing is carried out in execution of a legitimate interest of the owner. The interested party may request to view the images in which he/she believes he/she was filmed by exhibiting or attaching suitable identification documents to the request. The response to an access request cannot include any data referring to third parties, unless the breakdown of the data processed or the deprivation of some elements makes the personal data relating to the interested party incomprehensible. Once the retention periods indicated above have elapsed, it will be impossible to satisfy the access request.
